ISLAMABAD (A News) Following the recent military escalation with India, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday tasked PPP Chairman and former Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari with advocating Pakistan’s demand for peace on the world stage.
Bilawal wrote on X that the prime minister had contacted him earlier today and asked him to “lead a delegation to present Pakistan’s case for peace on the international stage”.
Bilawal stated that he was honored to assume the responsibility and was dedicated to serving the country in “these challenging times.”
The PPP stated that the group will also “inform the international community about Indian aggression and its false propaganda”.
Similarly, the Indian government stated that a seven-member team will go to important partner nations, including members of the UN Security Council.
