Stringent security measures have been implemented at Parliament House ahead of the combined session of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament), with tight admission restrictions in effect. According to the National Assembly Secretariat, guest admission has been fully barred, with only a limited number of media representatives permitted.
To prevent security concerns, media companies have been requested to provide just the names of two reporters through their authorized beat reporters.
The Secretariat noted that media outlets who have previously filed their reporters’ credentials can obtain their special invitation cards from the appropriate office.
Organizations that have not submitted names are asked to communicate the details of their two representatives via the allocated WhatsApp number to guarantee easy access during the joint session.
