SRINAGAR: During the past month, occupation troops in Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir have killed twenty Kashmiris in ceaseless acts of state terrorism.
Six young people who were martyred in fictitious encounters or while in jail are among the victims, according to a report that the research division of Kashmir Media Service released on Thursday.
Under black laws, the army persisted in their reign of terror, detaining 216 civilians, the most of them were Hurriyat leaders, activists, and attorneys.
In the meantime, Hurriyat leaders have once more urged the people of Kashmir to celebrate August 5 as “Youm e Istehsal” in observance of the fifth anniversary of India’s decision to revoke Article 370, which had given occupied Jammu and Kashmir unique status.
