Web Desk in Islamabad A five-member bench was established by the Practice and Procedure Committee of the Supreme Court of Pakistan to hear a suo moto case pertaining to an open investigation into the murder of Arshad Sharif.
The bench would be led by Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail, with Justices Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Ayesha Malik, Hassan Azhar Rizvi, and Justice Athar Minallah serving as members.
Depending on the bench’s availability, the case would be heard.
