LAHORE – Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and a former Prime Minister, has filed a suit in the Lahore High Court (LHC) against his possible incarceration by the Army in connection with the May 9 case.

The PTI founder filed the application in the LHC through Aziz Karamat, naming the federal government and the inspector generals of all four provinces as respondents.

Imran Khan stated in the appeal that he could be detained by the Army in May 9-related matters.
