ISLAMABAD ( A.News) – The Anti-Terrorism Cloister (ATC) in Islamabad on Monday continued the bond of several Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders until May 5 in cases accompanying to the November 26 protests.
Judge Abual Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain of the ATC Islamabad heard the pre-arrest bond pleas of several PTI leaders in cases registered over the November 26 protests.
PTI leaders including Shehryar Afridi, Sher Afzal Marwat, Abdul Qayyum Niazi, Rauf Hassan, Mishal Yousafzai, Nadia Khattak, and Falak Naz Chitrali appeared in court. The cloister additionally continued the bond of Shoaib Shaheen, Ali Bukhari, Umar Niazi, Timur Jhagra, Ali Zaman, Abdul Latif, and others.
During the hearing, PTI leaders Zartaj Gul, Alia Hamza, and Kanwal Shauzab submitted requests for absolution from appearance.
The cloister remarked that all awaiting bond applications would be heard together.
Subsequently, the cloister continued the bond of all PTI leaders and adjourned the audition until May 5.
