PESHAWAR – On Saturday, the Peshawar High Court (PHC) received a letter from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa administration requesting the formation of a judicial commission to probe the 9 May unrest in the country.
The KP Advocate General has written to the Peshawar High Court, demanding that the Chief Justice convene a judicial panel and appoint a judge to investigate the May 9 incident.
On June 27, the KP government approved the judicial commission, and on May 9, the KP advocate general wrote to the Peshawar High Court requesting that the judicial commission be established.
