PESHAWAR – Shaukat Yousafzai, the head of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), had his name removed off the Exit Control List (ECL) on Tuesday, according to a letter from the Interior Ministry to the Federal Investigation Agency.
According to the letter, Yousafzai’s name was removed from the list following a Peshawar High Court judgment.
It should be mentioned that the former minister’s name was added to the ECL by the caretaker government after he was halted on his way to the United Kingdom (UK) and Saudi Arabia and returned from the airport.
