Nauman Langrial and Awn Chaudhry, leaders of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Pary (IPP), had not yet resigned from their jobs as the prime minister’s special aides.
According to sources, IPP patron-in-chief Jahangir Khan Tareen has not yet made a decision in this regard. Langrial and Awn’s resignations had not been accepted by the PM House.
“Until now, Jahangir has not directed Langrial and Awn to resign,” sources said. After carefully examining the political situation and engaging the party, Jahangir will issue instructions to the IPP leaders.”
