Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif claims Pakistan has emerged from its economic crisis, citing improving indicators, IMF acceptance of a $1.2 billion tranche, and a renewed focus on investment and reforms.

LAHORE (A News )- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated that Pakistan has recovered from the economic crisis, and important economic indicators have improved.

Addressing the National Regulatory changes inauguration event, the prime minister expressed his pleasure in attending the introduction of regulatory changes that had long been desired by the public and business sector.

He added that complicated rules and needless restrictions have caused concern in the business community and among investors. When his administration took office, Pakistan’s economy was in disarray and on the edge of bankruptcy.

The prime minister stated that inflation was out of control, the policy rate had paralyzed the economy, and corporate activity was stagnating. However, the government responded to these issues with an effective plan.

He stated that, with Allah’s help, Pakistan has escaped the crisis and its economic statistics have improved. He mentioned that the IMF has granted a $1.2 billion tranche for Pakistan and highlighted that encouraging foreign investment is critical for long-term economic growth.

Prime Minister Shehbaz went on to say that young are the country’s most precious asset, and the government is providing them with technical and professional training.
