Web Desk) – Former Brazilian model and fitness influencer Kat Torres was found guilty of both human trafficking and enslavement. She currently resides in the US.

When it was learned that two of the women who stayed with Torres were missing, the inquiry got underway in 2022. She was just given an eight-year prison sentence for enslaving one of the women and trafficking in others.

Furthermore, she’s been accused of something related to another woman, the BBC World Service reports.

Since then, several victims have come forward to assert that the influencer—who was once connected to the well-known actor Leonardo DiCaprio—sold and trafficked them into slavery.
