Ali Wazir, the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement leader, and human rights activist Imaan Mazari had their bail requests rejected by an Islamabad anti-terrorism court in a case including threats, incitement, and sedition.
The post-arrest bail requests of Imaan Mazari and Ali Wazir were heard by ATC judge Abul Hasnaat Zulqarnain.
Shireen Mazari, the prosecutor Raja Naveed, and the defense attorney Safai were present in court. Imaan Mazari and Ali Wazir’s requests for bail on Rs30,000 surety bonds were granted by the court.
