The Islamabad High Court (IHC) remanded the Toshakhana case against the PTI head back to the trial court on Thursday, invalidating its previous verdict.
IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq issued the ruling on a series of petitions submitted by the former prime minister disputing the case’s admission, jurisdiction, and other features.
The high court denied the PTI chief’s motion to transfer the matter to another court, ruling that Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar will continue to hear the case.
