After winning a men’s record-tying 23rd Grand Slam championship at the French Open, Novak Djokovic recaptured the top spot from Carlos Alcaraz, and Rafa Nadal fell out of the top 100 for the first time in 20 years.

Djokovic, 36, jumped two spots in the rankings following his triumph in Paris over the weekend as he started his record-extending 388th week at the summit on Monday. He triumphed over Spaniard Alcaraz in the competition’s semifinals.

Daniil Medvedev, who fell out in the first round, also slipped one spot to third, while Alcaraz rose to second. Casper Ruud, the runner-up in Roland Garros, held onto fourth place.
