Pervaiz Elahi, the head of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and a former Punjab chief minister, will appear at Gujranwala’s anti-corruption court tomorrow.
According to ACE officials, Pervaiz Elahi was held by the Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE)’s Gujranwala branch in connection with a corruption case. Two corruption allegations were filed against the PTI president in Gujrat and Gujranwala.
Pervaiz’s bail in the Gujranwala case was cancelled on June 1, according to them. They said that the former Punjab chief minister will appear before the Gujranwala anti-corruption court tomorrow.
