Bilal Ghaffar of the PTI says farewell to politics

KARACHI : Another Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) politician, Bilal Ghaffar, chose on Tuesday to quit the party and politics as the process of saying goodbye to the party continues.

“After 12 years of active politics and working for the cause of a better country,” Mr. Ghaffar said on Twitter. I have made the decision to leave politics and not affiliate with any political party. I shall however go on making constructive contributions for the benefit of the nation in my own capacity.

I take this opportunity to thank my family , my friends and colleagues for their support and love through out my journey.
I tried to serve my constituents with utmost dedication and integrity and came across some wonderful people who made a great impact in my life.
