In an Instagram post, she urged women to accept aging as a normal process rather than a defect.
The actress expressed the opinion that “beauty and attractiveness are temporary, and women should prioritize intelligence and wisdom over fleeting qualities.”
Zara specifically encouraged ladies not to use drugs to enhance attractiveness, improve facial look, decrease weight, or remain forever youthful. She compared the usage of such pills to addiction and warned of their potentially severe negative effects.

Her message came just as Indian actress Shefali Jariwala passed away unexpectedly. According to Indian media sources, Shefali Jariwala died of a heart attack as a result of the side effects of beauty enhancing and anti-aging drugs that she had been using for the last decade.
