Two women were reportedly gang raped in Lahore, police said on Saturday, adding that a case has been opened and four people have been arrested.
LAHORE (A News): According to police, the crime occurred in the Sundar neighborhood, where a First Information Report (FIR) was filed following the complaint of the victims’ mother, Jamila Bibi, a resident of Theme Park in Lahore. The FIR identifies five suspects: Qasim, Umair Jatt, Ali Akbar Wattoo, Zia-ur-Rehman, and Ahmed Raza.
According to police, the complainant indicated that her daughters departed for work about 3:30pm on December 11, 2025, and returned around 9:00pm the same day. When they returned, they told their mother that they had been sexually abused.
According to the FIR, the sisters went to Umar Block, Theme Park, to meet friends named Tayyab son of Bashir and Tayyab son of Mansha. The lawsuit claims that another person, Umair Jatt, was summoned to the place and began abusing the victims. When they protested, he reportedly gathered his cronies, including Qasim, Ali Akbar Wattoo, Zia-ur-Rehman, and Ahmed Raza.
The FIR further claims that Umair Jatt threatened the victims with a firearm and was the first to sexually abuse both sisters, following which the other accused allegedly molested them. The complaint requested swift legal action against those implicated.
