LAHORE: Effective August 3, Pakistan Railways has announced a reduction in the prices for all passenger train classes.

A Pakistan Railways representative claims that the price of economy class tickets has decreased by Rs 50 and that the price of AC class tickets has decreased by Rs 100 to 150.

Starting on August 3, all passenger trains nationwide will be subject to this fare cut.
