(Web Desk) – Indian actor Huma Qureshi has confessed that celebrities utilize paparazzi to promote films or get attention.
She stated that celebrities invite photographers to premieres and occasionally call them when they want to be photographed. She thinks it’s unfair to blame the photographers alone.
She explained, “Whenever we want to be seen anywhere, we phone them. So I don’t want to put all of the responsibility on them.”
Addressing the continuing discussion over paparazzi behavior, Huma stated that photographers are part of a wider ecology.
She stated that everyone is performing their jobs, but communication and respect are essential. According to her, there should be a suitable manner to engage with others, even if their beliefs differ.
Huma frankly discussed the privacy difficulties that female performers confront. She recalls situations in which improper questions were posed or photographs were taken from awkward positions. She emphasized that a clear boundary should not be passed, despite the fact that it is frequently done.
Previously, she stated that she was scared to react because she worried being misinterpreted or trending for the wrong reasons. Today, she can boldly call out unacceptable conduct. Her personal rule is simple: don’t misbehave, and don’t let others misbehave.
Huma is presently in production alongside her brother Saqib Saleem under the name Salim Siblings. Their first action picture, Baby Do Die Do, is set to hit theaters in 2026.
Huma Qureshi has slowly cemented her spot in Bollywood via stunning performances and daring decisions.
From hard-hitting films to acclaimed web series such as Maharani and Delhi Crime, the actor’s career has been built on skill rather than industry support. In 2025, she stayed in the forefront with Maharani 4, Delhi Crime 3, Jolly LLB 3, and Single Salma, demonstrating her versatility and expanding fan base.
Huma, known for her frank beliefs, recently talked openly against paparazzi culture at the Agenda Aaj Tak 2025 event in Delhi.
