Elections Amendment Act 2022 Petition
On January 22, 2025, the Supreme Court is set to hear the petitions against the Elections Amendment Act of 2022.
Among those who have petitioned the Supreme Court against the Elections Amendment Act 2022 are Sheikh Rashid Ahmad of the Awami Muslim League (AML) and Imran Khan, the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
Judge Amin-ud-Din Khan will preside over the hearing in the missing people case, which has also been scheduled for January 22.
