The playing control teams for the two ICC World Test Championship 2023–25 matches between hosts Pakistan and the West Indies will be led by Ranjan Madugalle of Sri Lanka, a member of the ICC Elite Panel of Match Referees.
The dates of the two Test matches are decided for January 17–29 in Multan. Rodney Tucker of Australia and Richard Kettleborough of England, both ICC Elite Panel Umpires, will officiate the inaugural Test match. The third umpire will be Paul Reiffel, who is also from Australia and a member of the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires. The fourth umpire will be Faisal Khan Aafreedi, who is a member of the ICC International Panel of Umpires and is from Pakistan.
Paul Reiffel will assist Rodney Tucker in his on-field responsibilities during the second Test, which begins on Saturday, January 25. Richard Kettleborough will serve as the third umpire. The fourth umpire will be Rashid Riaz Waqar of Pakistan, who is a member of the ICC International Panel of Umpires.
