SARGODHA – On Thursday, rivals opened fire on a vehicle near Aziz Bhatti Town Chowk, killing four people.
Police identified the victims as Shafi, 33, Fazlur Rehman, 32, Zaheer Abbas, 29, and Abdul Satar, 41.
They were driving home from a court session when their opponents ambushed them and began shooting.
Eleven persons, largely bystanders, were hurt in the indiscriminate firing and sent to Dr Faisal Masood Teaching Hospital for treatment.
DPO Dr Asad Ejaz Malhi and the SSP Investigation arrived at the scene and instructed officers to arrest the culprits.
