LAHORE: On Saturday night, heavy fog continued to impede traffic on the highways, causing the motorway police to close up sections of Punjab’s roads.
According to the Dunya News, heavy fog has forced the closure of many freeway segments.
The motorways M-III from Faizpur to Samundri and M-II from Lahore to Momin Kot are closed.
Likewise, Motorway M-II between Lahore and Sialkot was closed to traffic.
Authorities have warned drivers to use caution when driving in this foggy weather due to the thick mist.
They cautioned people against using motorways at night and suggested that safety measures be taken if needed to prevent any unfortunate incidents.
