LAHORE: According to A News, a man and a woman were shot dead in Kahna on Thursday night for entering into a marriage of their choosing.
The woman’s brother was unhappy with the love marriage, even though the pair had been married for two years.
The woman’s brother and his two accomplices broke into his brother-in-law’s home on the day of the event, killed him and his wife, and then ran away.
Kahna ASP claims that Mahmood and his wife Rifat were assassinated out of honor.
After the bodies were taken to the hospital for an autopsy, police began their investigation.
THE DEATH OF TWO BROTHERS
In Faisalabad, two brothers were murdered out of animosity. In Chak-73, the assailants’ brother was allegedly killed by the deceased, named as Asif Shah and Amir Shah.
After delivering the remains to the hospital, police arrived at the murder scene on information and began their investigation.
