RAWALPINDI: The Military Courts convicted 60 additional individuals in crimes relating to the May 9 violence, including Hassan Niazi, the nephew of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) announced on Thursday.

“Sequel to the announcement of the May 9 punishments in light of the Supreme Court’s decision, the Field General Court Martial (FGCM) has promulgated the punishments to the following remaining 60 culprits after examining all evidences, ensuring the provision of all legal rights to the convicts, completion of due process and the appropriate legal proceedings,” the Institute of Public Affairs (ISPR) reported.

According to the military’s propaganda wing, Hassan Niazi, the son of Hafizullah Niazi, has been sentenced to 10 years in jail for the Jinnah House attack.

The ISPR stated that the trial of the 9th May accused in military custody has been completed in accordance with applicable legislation, and that the convicts maintain the right to appeal and other legal remedies granted by the Constitution and law.
“The Nation, Government, and the Armed Forces remain steadfast in their commitment to upholding justice and ensuring that the inviolable writ of the state is maintained,” the statement stated in its entirety.
Hassan Khan Niazi, Hafizullah Niazi’s son, was sentenced to ten years in jail following the Jinnah House incident.
Mian Abbad Farooq, Amanat Ali’s son, was sentenced to two years of harsh jail in connection with the Jinnah House incident.
Raees Ahmed, Shafi Ullah’s son, was sentenced to six years in jail following the Jinnah House incident.

Arzam Junaid, Junaid Razzaq’s son, was sentenced to six years in jail for the Jinnah House incident.
Ali Raza, Ghulam Mustafa’s son, was sentenced to six years in prison following the Jinnah House incident.
Raja Danish, Raja Abdul Waheed’s son, was sentenced to four years in jail following the GHQ attack.
Syed Hassan Shah, Asif Hussain Shah’s son, was sentenced to 9 years in jail following the GHQ attack.
Ali Hussain, Khalil ur Rehman’s son, was sentenced to seven years in jail in connection with the AIMH Rawalpindi attack.
Zahid Khan, Muhammad Nabi’s son, was sentenced to two years in prison following the PRC Mardan incident.
Sohrab Khan, Riaz Khan’s son, was sentenced to four years in jail following the HQ Dir Scouts Timergara incident.
Brig (Retd) Javed Akram, son of Chaudhary Muhammad Akarm, was sentenced to six years in jail for the Jinnah House incident.

Khuram Liaqat, the son of Liaqat Ali Shahid, was sentenced to four years in prison following the Multan Cantt Checkpost incident.
Zakir Hussain, Shah Faisal’s son, was sentenced to seven years in jail following the Chakdara Fort incident.
Ameen Shah, Mashter Khan’s son, was sentenced to nine years in jail for the Bannu Cantt incident.
Fahim Sajid, Muhammad Khan’s son, was sentenced to eight years in jail for the PAF Base Mianwali incident.
Hamza Sharif, Muhammad Azam’s son, was sentenced to two years in prison following an incident at the ISI Office in Faisalabad.
Muhammad Arslan, Muhammad Siraj’s son, was sentenced to seven years in jail following the Jinnah House incident.
Muhammad Umair, Abdul Sattar’s son, was sentenced to six years in jail following the Jinnah House incident.
Noman Shah, Mehmood Ahmad Shah’s son, received four years of harsh jail in connection with the Jinnah House incident.

Ikram Ullah, Khanzada Khan’s son, was sentenced to nine years in jail for the Bannu Cantt incident.
Muhammad Ahmed, Muhammad Nazir’s son, was sentenced to two years in prison for the Rahwali Gate Gujaranwala incident.
Pirzada Mian Muhammad Ishaq Bhutta, son of Pirzada Mian Qamar ud Dind Bhutta, was sentenced to three years in prison following the Multan Cantt Checkpost incident.
Muhammad Abdullah, the son of Kanwar Ashraf Khan, was imprisoned for four years following a GHQ attack.
Amjad Ali, Manzoor Ahmed’s son, was sentenced to two years in prison following an incident at the ISI Office in Faisalabad.
Muhammad Raheem, Naeem Khan’s son, was sentenced to six years in jail for the Jinnah House incident.
Ehsan Ullah Khan, Najeeb Ullah Khan’s son, was sentenced to ten years in jail for his involvement in the PAF Base Mianwali incident.

Muneeb Ahmed, Naveed Ahmed Butt’s son, was sentenced to two years in prison for the Rahwali Gate Gujaranwala incident.
Muhammad Ali, Muhammad Boota’s son, was sentenced to two years in prison following an incident at the ISI Office in Faisalabad.
Sami Ullah, Meer Dad Khan’s son, received two years of harsh imprisonment in the Bannu Cantt incident.
Mian Muhammad Akram Usman, Mian Muhammad Usman’s son, was sentenced to two years in prison following the Jinnah House incident.
Mudassir Hafiz, Hafeez Ullah’s son, was sentenced to six years in jail for the Jinnah House incident.
Sajjad Ahmed, Muhammad Iqbal’s son, received four years of harsh jail in connection with the Jinnah House incident.
Khizar Hayat, Umar Qiyaz Khan’s son, was sentenced to nine years in jail for the Bannu Cantt incident.
Muhammad Nawaz, Abdul Samad’s son, was sentenced to two years in prison for the Rahwali Gate Gujaranwala incident.

Raees Ahmed, Khaista Rehman’s son, received four years of harsh imprisonment in connection with the Chakdara Fort incident.
Gohar Rehman, Gul Rehman’s son, was sentenced to seven years in jail for the Chakdara Fort incident.
Naik Muhammad, son of Nasrullah Jan, was sentenced to 9 years in jail for the Bannu Cantt incident.
Fahad Imran, Muhammad Imran Shahid’s son, was sentenced to 9 years in jail for the ISI Office Faisalabad incident.

Sufayan Idrees, Idrees Ahmed’s son, was sentenced to two years in prison for the Rahwali Gate Gujaranwala incident.
Raheem Ullah, Bait Ullah’s son, was sentenced to 9 years in jail for the Bannu Cantt incident.
