(Web Desk) – Flying automobiles have long been a prominent component in science fiction, with people wondering when they would become a reality.

However, with the design and successful testing of flying taxis, flying automobiles appear to be more than a pipe dream and will soon become a reality.

A hydrogen-powered flying taxi traveled over California, covering a record distance of 561 miles (902 kilometers).

Joby Aviation designed this flying automobile, which is powered by hydrogen and emits only water vapour.
