PESHAWAR – Rainwater invaded the basement of a house in Peshawar’s Dara Adam Khel district, killing at least 11 people, including three mothers and six children.
According to rescue personnel, rains swamped the basement of Amjad’s house, killing 11 people. All of the dead bodies have been recovered from the scene.
Meanwhile, eight individuals died in Tharparkar as a result of lightning strikes. Three people died as a result of the downpour in Rawalpindi.
In addition, monsoon currents pummeled Islamabad and Rawalpindi, flooding numerous low-lying districts.
