President Alvi has set April 9 as the date for Punjab and KP elections.

President Dr Arif Alvi said on Monday that elections would be held in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab on April 9, despite the Election Commission of Pakistan’s (ECP) delay in announcing the date.
