The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered that the specifics of the gifts given to Pakistan during the hearing of former Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan’s Tosha Khana gifts case be made public.
The Justice of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) has also been ordered to provide information on the gifts received by former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
During a hearing on a Toshakhana lawsuit, IHC Judge Justice Gul Hassan Aurangzeb stated that the Cabinet Division is required to release the information.
During the proceedings, Justice Mian Gull Hassan stated that if a person pays a pre-determined amount and keeps the gifts, there is no problem.
