A new coronavirus has claimed the lives of 21 Pakistanis in the last 24 hours, increasing the overall number of positive cases to 1,425,039. The nationwide death toll reached 29,269 individuals on Monday.

In the previous 24 hours, 7,048 persons tested positive for COVID-19, according to the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC).

Punjab is the province with the greatest death toll, followed by Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

13,160 individuals have died in Punjab, 7,821 in Sindh, 5,998 in KP, 980 in Islamabad, 755 in Azad Kashmir, 367 in Balochistan, and 188 in the Gilgit Baltistan as a result of the pandemic.
