ISLAMABAD – The Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Qazi Faez Isa, met with delegates from the Bar Councils.
Senior puisne judge Justice Sardar Tariq Masood was also present at this meeting. The attorneys’ representatives requested that the monthly cause list be published.
The attorneys emphasized that having a monthly cause list would give them the time they needed to prepare.
A weekly evaluation of filed and unresolved cases will be provided, according to the statement, and from September 18 to 22, a total of 225 cases were submitted, with 205 instances settled over the same timeframe.
It should be noted that various minor appeals are not included in the concluded cases.
The message goes on to say that the Supreme Court is dedicated to executing the authorized cause list for four weeks, and that the approved cause list for October has already been issued.
