According to an unclassified U.S. intelligence report made public on Thursday, China is likely supplying Moscow with military and dual-use equipment for use in Ukraine and helping Moscow avoid Western sanctions.
The U.S. House of Representatives Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence released the assessment by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).
Since Moscow’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, China has frequently denied supplying Russia military hardware.
