The National Assembly will meet at Parliament House today (Monday) at 4:00 PM. The general discussion of the 2023–24 budget will be started during the session by the opposition and treasury benches.
The meeting will not adhere to the usual agenda, which includes Call Attention Notices and Question Period.
In line with house custom, the head of the opposition in the National Assembly, Raja Riaz, will officially start the discussion of the federal budget for 2023–2024 before being followed by other nominated members.
