Shehbaz Sharif, the prime minister of Pakistan, will attend Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s swearing-in ceremony in Ankara, Turkey, on June 3 (Saturday).
By accepting President Erdogan’s offer to visit Turkey, the premier has significantly improved bilateral relations. Erdogan was re-elected to his position on May 28.
According to Mumtaz Zehra Baloch, a spokesperson for the foreign office, Prime Minister Shehbaz will go to Turkey on June 3.
President Erdogan will be invited by PM Shehbaz to visit Pakistan when he is there.
