Six men have been the subject of speculation: a senator, a cabinet secretary in the Biden administration, four governors, and one senator.
According to the sources, Harris may make her decision at any point before her first public appearance with the candidate on Tuesday night at Temple University in Philadelphia, when they will begin a tour of several battleground states that are expected to decide the race.
