ISLAMABAD (APP) Waseem Khatri of Pakistan delivered another dazzling performance to finish third at the Word Cup Scrabble Championship in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.
According to Pakistan Scrabble Association (PSA) Director Tariq Pervez, Waseem competed in the top category against multiple global champions but shocked everyone with his excellent strategy and word understanding. Waseem had a tough start to the four-day competition, losing a handful of games in the opening two days, but he recovered and won 10 of his last 11 games to finish third.
