KARACHI – The fire department has extinguished a fire that broke out in the Pakistan Stock Exchange building (PSX).
According to Rescue 1122, the fire started in an office on the fourth floor of the building on I.I. Chundrigar Road.
According to a spokesman for Rescue 1122, the operation involved four fire trucks, a snorkel, and a bowser.
The floor was covered in smoke, which has been cleared. The fire broke out early in the morning, and no one was injured, according to the spokesman.
The cause of the fire could not be determined.
