ISLAMABAD: A comprehensive ruling regarding the October 31 hearing on the NAB amendments case was released by the Supreme Court on Saturday.
The written order states that the PTI head has been given the chance to appear before the court by the supreme court.
A copy of the order is also be forwarded to the PTI leader in Adiala Jail, the court ruled.
All provincial advocate generals and the Pakistani attorney general have received notices. The notification would be sent to the PTI chief by the prison superintendent.
A five-person bench led by CJP Faez Isa heard this case.
The primary applicant in the NAB modifications case is the PTI chairman.
