GUJRANWALA – A love marriage-related shooting killed three individuals, including a newlywed couple, on Thursday in the Dahlay police district, according to the police.
The accused Ashraf, the girl’s father, allegedly invited his daughter, son-in-law, and mother to his home for a time of reconciliation.
He and his other relatives shot them as they entered his home, killing them there and there.
Abbas, Liba, and Shama were named as the victims.
Recently, the pair entered into a love marriage, but the girl’s father disapproved of the union.
The accused and his fellow conspirators came up with a plan to kill them on the day of the occurrence.
