During the next 48 hours, the Federal Flood Commission (FFC) predicts medium to high flood discharge in the River Ravi at Jassar (the first control structure on the River Ravi in Pakistan) and high-level flooding in the River Chenab and adjacent nullahs of the River Ravi.

Except for the Kabul River, which continues to flow in “Low Flood” in Nowshera, all major rivers in the country are currently flowing in “Normal Flow Conditions,” according to the daily FFC report on Sunday.

At the moment, the combined live storage of three major reservoirs is in good shape (61.04% of total 13.443 MAF, compared to 18.74% last year).
