According to PDM leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) would continue its sit-in outside Pakistan’s Supreme Court until Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial resigns.

The 13-party alliance plans a sit-in outside the Supreme Court on Monday (tomorrow) to protest the judiciary’s “favour” to PTI Chairman Imran Khan.

The protest sit-in coincides with the hearing of the Election Commission of Pakistan’s (ECP) appeal asking the Supreme Court to reconsider its order to hold Punjab Assembly elections on May 14. The petition will be heard one day after the court’s election deadline ends.
