Following the third terrorist incident in Karachi, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah voiced his anger with the police officials and hinted at disciplinary action against them.

Following the blast in Kagzi Bazaar near Boltan Market, the Chief Minister invited Ghulam Nabi Memon, Additional Inspector General Karachi, Javed Odho, and Imran Yaqub to CM House. During the meeting, the Chief Minister was briefed on the occurrence.

According to Murad Ali Shah, the third terrorist event shows that terrorists are mobilising. Police and intelligence institutions should beef up their intelligence operations, and I demand rapid results in the fight against terrorism.
