On Friday, Tunisia’s ambassador, Borhene El Kamel, paid a visit to General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Army Staff (COAS), here at GHQ.
According to an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) release, during the meeting, topics of mutual interest and regional security, as well as bilateral collaboration in numerous fields, were discussed.
Pakistan appreciates its familial and historic ties with Tunisia, according to the COAS. “And we anxiously anticipate the chance to build mutually beneficial multi-domain connections based on similar interests,” he said.
Both dignitaries indicated a desire to expand bilateral cooperation in all sectors.
