On Wednesday, a Pakistan Army man accepted martyrdom while heroically battling terrorists in the general area Isham of North Waziristan province.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), a gun fight occurred on April 13 between army personnel and militants in the general vicinity of Isham. The military efficiently engaged the terrorists during the shootout.
During the heavy exchange of fire, Mianwali resident Sepoy Asmatullah Khan, 28, battled gallantly and accepted Shahadat (martyrdom), it was noted.
“Correction of the region is being carried out in order to eradicate any terrorists detected in the vicinity,” according to the ISPR.
