England captain Heather Knight won the toss and chose to bowl first in their ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup match against Pakistan in Christchurch on Thursday.

The incumbent champions must keep winning if they are to proceed to the semi-finals, while Pakistan is looking for their second consecutive victory.

One change has been made to England’s starting lineup, with all-rounder Emma Lamb taking the place of Charlie Dean in the middle.

Pakistan has made two lineup changes in lieu of Muneeba Ali and Anam Amin: opener Nahida Khan and seamer Aiman Anwer.
