Prime Minister Imran Khan’s problems have worsened as he deals with another rebellion inside his party, this time led by national assembly member Aamir Talal Gopang, and an upcoming vote of no confidence in his administration.

The action comes as the opposition, led by the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), intensified their attempts to topple Imran Khan’s administration by submitting a no-confidence motion.

Amir Talal Gopang, a member of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, is the latest dissident to join the list.
