The administration has outlined its strategy for dealing with Prime Minister Imran Khan’s no-confidence vote.
According to reports, a key consultative meeting of government ministers was held at the home of Speaker of the National Assembly Asad Qaiser. Federal Ministers were also present at the event.
The idea of a no-confidence motion was fully discussed throughout the discussion, as were possibilities for dealing with it.
The ministers proposed, according to sources, that a meeting of the National Assembly be summoned immediately following the meeting.
On the day of the no-confidence motion, just one member of the government should be present in the National Assembly.
