This morning, Ukrainian President Vladimir Putin announced a special military operation in Donbas. Airstrikes were launched by Russia on our military installations and border guards. According to CNN, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed in a speech to the public, “There were explosives heard in several areas throughout Ukraine.”
“We’re declaring martial law throughout our country,” he said.

After explosions broke out throughout Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin issued a warning to other countries not to become involved.

In his message, Zelensky also indicated that he had spoken with President Biden, who had released a statement criticising Russia’s actions and threatened retaliation.

“I just had a brief conversation with Vice President Biden.” He went on to say, “The United States has already begun to mobilise international support.”

On Thursday morning, Zelensky has already announced that Ukraine would not yield any land to Russia and has asked his people to be calm.

“Each of you should keep your calm today. Stay at home if at all feasible. We’re putting in long hours. “The army is on the job.” The whole defence and security sector is operating, according to Zelensky.

“Don’t be afraid,” says the narrator. We are a formidable force. We’ve thought of everything. “We will win over everyone because we are Ukraine,” he concluded.
