Dr. Ahmed Vahidi, Iran’s Interior Minister, will visit Pakistan today (Monday) at the request of Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Interior here on Sunday, the distinguished visitor will be greeted by Sheikh Rashid Ahmed at Noor Khan Air Base.
During his one-day visit to Pakistan, Iran’s Interior Minister will meet with senior government officials. The Iranian Interior Minister also intends to meet with Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The Iranian Interior Minister would meet with Pakistan’s Interior Minister, Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed, and his team. The statement went on to say that Pakistan and Iran will hold talks about border control and prisoner exchanges.
